Council Formation and its Organization
- Member
- The county members are elected by popular, equal, direct, secret voting as the representatives of the
county inhabitants and their terms of office are four years and the number of the members is 7
on the table of organization.
- Chairman, Vice-chairman
- County council elects one chairman and another vice-chairman at a general meeting by secret voting
and their terms of office are two years individually.
- Special Committee
- The special committee is composed to examine and dispose special matters temporarily and it has
time-limited aspects because it deals with special items.
- The staff members of the secretariat
- There are a total of 14 staff including a manger[the 5th grade]and a clerk as well as two expert
members.
- Establishment of basic management plan for the council and its overall administration
- Documents, Security, Official seal management and Drafting budgets under the jurisdiction of the council, and matter on its execution and settlement
- Management of member's registry and secretarial staff's personnel management
- Protocol and external cooperation: matters on mutual exchange
- Management of the council building facilities, equipment and supply & demand of items
- Establishment and adjustment of publicity plan for the council activities
- Collection and offer of news release for the legislature, and publication of its publicity data
- Overall adjustment of the convocation & management of regular & temporary meeting
- Support & assistance in legislative proceedings for regular & temporary meeting
- Matters on several meeting minutes-making and its publication as well as their reading
